A Triple Rainbow

Somewhere over the rainbow, bluebirds fly. But underneath it: algae grows!

ANSWER: The third rainbow is located inside our greenhouse and nearby National Center for Marine Algae and Microbiota, which grows algae in a rainbow of pigments.
