This year, racing at the Boothbay Harbor Yacht Club Regatta & Shipyard Cup Classics Challenge helps support ocean science close to home.
The BHYC is excited to share that a portion of 2026 BHYC Regatta sponsor pledges will support Bigelow Laboratory in East Boothbay, Maine.
“As sailors, we know how much the ocean gives us,” wrote the BHYC in a social media post. “We’re proud that this year’s regatta can also give something back by supporting research that advances ocean health, sustainability, and stewardship.”
