Last week, Bigelow Laboratory President and CEO Deb Bronk joined WAMU’s 1A podcast to discuss the future of ocean research.
She described how the scale of funding influences both the pace and scope of discovery while highlighting challenges facing US researchers. Deb also shared some of her own experiences as an oceanographer, sharing insights into how ocean science is performed and how she herself was inspired to go into this field.
