This week, Bigelow Laboratory welcomed an incredible cohort of middle and high school science teachers to the lab to provide hands-on training to enhance ocean science in the classroom!
The BLOOM Educators Program provides teachers from Maine — and now New Hampshire — an opportunity to experience a research cruise, spend time in the lab, attend seminars, and bring home ready-to-use ocean science curriculum.
We are so grateful for the hard work of our region’s educators and thrilled for them to share the joy of ocean science with generations to come.
