During a tour of Bigelow Laboratory last week, Advancement Officer Kim Nutt snapped a photo of PhD student Zach Wagner introducing visitors to Calanus, a tiny animal with a big impact here in the Gulf of Maine. The presentation included a closer look at these tiny copepods under the microscope.
